Today is a special day for me. It’s the one year anniversary of my small company, Vad NU!

When you have reason to celebrate, it’s ok to pamper yourself. So I did to. I bougth an iPhone 3G, which I’m anxiously looking forward to getting.

Today marks the day of the relaunch of my personal site in Danish. It’s moving from the good old madsk.net domain to the new domain mads-k.com.

Why the change? Well, basically because my needs drove beyond what my hosting could provide. Too much hazzle with databases and manual updating to new versions of WordPress finally made me make the decision. And since it proved a real pain to transfer the domain, I got a new one.

But it was a hard decision to take. Because I managed more than 1000 posts and 200+ comments on the other site.

Now it’s onwards and upwards with madsk-k.com - and this site of course.

I have one question for Berlingske Media:

Who the Hell wants his or her Sunday morning newspaper delivered by regular mail on the Monday? It’s a waste of my time, a waste of your ressources (mail is more expensive than the paperboy), and I’m far from a happy customer.

Some serious distribution clean-up is warranted here, I think.

Today is the birthday of my wife, Louise. So happy birthday, my dear :-).

We’ll be celebrating at home. It’s going to be very nice.
